Eternal Trust

Meditation leads to quieting of all thoughts, except one. The Final Step should be quieting of this last one. Yoga sets this goal, but does not provide tools to achieve it; it warns that conscious does not have any. The best thing is to sit and wait until it happens randomly.

Sabbath in all its forms leads to same quieting of thoughts. The Jewish culture provides a tool of that Final Step of quieting that last thought.

Once a year, in Yom Kippur, the entire nation quiets its thoughts and trust that the Last Step of cleansing happens. Thus, it maintains the art of Eternal Trust.

This art manifests itself in other forms of Sabbath and in everyday decision making. This art goes far beyond an art of hope: it is hard to teach this art someone without experience of Faith. It is a part of Jewish culture and it is learnt and maintained mostly not consciously.

Cultures, which are in contact with the Jewish culture, use this art also. They perpetually and not consciously reacquire it through the contact with the Jewish culture.
